SOLAQUA will lead the way to a new sustainable, and more diverse energy market. We have been using energy from hydrocarbons for over 100 years. It’s time for a no carbon diet.

When we burn oil, coal or natural gas for heat or energy we only use the hydrogen in the hydrocarbon for energy.  The carbon and oxygen are released as pollutants in the form of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, both of which are greenhouse gasses.

A large solar stage with a creative display of panels will be erected in the town square area. We will design and build solar installations that can be creative and sculptural or nearly invisible.

Removing carbon from the equation can slow global warming, and eliminate other pollutants and human health risks, such as particulates, which are released by burning fossil fuels.  Vehicles running on hydrogen actually filter the air.  Meaning, the air coming out of the tailpipe is cleaner than it was before intake to the engine!  The only emission is water.  What is the real cost of burning oil and gasoline? Lung problems in congested cities?  Lead in the eco-system?  Most of the rest of the third world is still using leaded gas. Now is the time to go NO CARBON and GO SOLAR.

SOLAQUA will be powered by fully renewable sources such as sunlight and water. Solar voltaic panels and hydroelectric power from the Stonykill will create electricity. We will demonstrate solar trackers and solar sculpture. An electrolyzer, utilizing excess electricity will separate water into zero emission hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen will be used to fire glass furnaces, foundry, kilns and forges. Hydrogen does not create green house gases that contribute to global warming and other health related issues. Hydrogen only produces water. Hydrogen is also the perfect storage medium for producing electricity (and water) when the sun is not shining. We will utilize fuel cells in a later stage for this.
